Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to our products being custom tailored to each customer, to be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective. The product must also be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and being approved for a return will not be accepted.

Defective and/or Damaged Products
These are the only types of items eligible for a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our current offerings are eligible for returns should we deem that a product was damaged (undesirable printing, embroidery, etc.) by us, or is a defective product sent to us by one of our vendors. We try to inspect each item for damage before it is sent to the customer, but we are human.
Refunds
We do not generally offer a refund due to the custom nature of our products. Our preference is to replace the item or credit the customer account for a future order, whichever option is more satisfactory to the customer. Should there be a time constraint we were made aware of when the order was placed, you could be eligible for a refund. If we were not made aware of the time constraint at the time the order was placed, we are not obligated to give the customer a refund, but we will replace the item or credit the customers account.
